L.1) Discussion and consideration of the authorization to solicit applications for the position of Elko County Public Administrator which will be appointed by the County Board of Commissioners. Long-time Public Administrator, Janice Jenkins has submitted her resignation. This elected position provides administration of estate services for individuals that die without a qualified person to administer the estate. The successful applicant will be required to run for elected office during the 2020 election cycle.
