G.5) Discussion and consideration of Resolution 08-2016 for the transfer of appropriations and cash from the Contingency Account within the 2015/2016 Fiscal Budget from the Elko County General Fund to the Senior Citizens Fund. Although this resolution is not required pursuant to NRS 354.598005, past practice of Elko County is to adopt a resolution for Contingency Transfers. This transfer is to provide for the Elko Senior Citizens Fund for the annual cost of the Workers Compensation Costs that the Center pays out. This allocation sunsets 6/30/20.
