J) NORTHEASTERN NEVADA REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

J.1) Discussion and consideration of approval for the Northeastern Nevada Regional Development Authority (NNRDA) to apply for an Economic Development Authority grant under Elko County's sponsorship for strategic plan updating. NNRDA would be asking for matching funding from the member cities and counties who would be interested in updating the existing strategic plan that has been completed.

J.2) Discussion and consideration of Resolution 2017-01 and an Interlocal Agreement to approve the addition of Eureka, White Pine and Ely into the Northeastern Nevada Regional Development Authority.
