J.1) Discussion and consideration of a presentation by Ken Krater, Ruby Vista Ranch Development, describing the proposed commercial and housing development in the Spring Creek area. The County has received a request from Ruby Vista Ranch Development, MTK Limited, LLC, to assist the proposed development project by issuing bond financing for infrastructure on the project. Evaluation of that request continues. NNRDA will host an UNR College of Business Workshop on June 10, 2016 regarding developments and potential funding mechanisms.
