G.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of the Fiscal Year 2026 Equipment Rate Guide which establishes standardized rate for the Elko County Fire Protection District apparatus, equipment and support resources used on reimbursable incidents with no fiscal impact. The Elko County Fire Protection District responds to incidents locally, statewide, and nationally where equipment use is eligible for reimbursement. To support accurate billing and cost recovery, the district has developed an updated Equipment Rate Guide for Fiscal Year 2026. Additionally, Federal Excess Personal Property (FEPP) equipment will be billed at 70% of standard rates to reflect reduced acquisition costs. This ensures consistency, transparency, and alignment with state and federal reimbursement practices.
