E.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of a pay policy for unrepresented employees to align pay practices with those of represented employees for sick leave, vacation leave, leave accruals, premium pay and overtime with no fiscal impact to the budget. The Elko County Fire Protection District has historically defaulted to County policies for unrepresented employees, which do not fully reflect how the Fire District operates during emergency response.  This policy is intended to formalize how we already operate and bring consistency across the organization.
