D.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of a cooperative agreement with the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) to use a portion of the North Fork Maintenance Station to provide a strategic location for improve response capabilities in the North Fork, Wildhorse and surrounding area at a cost of $100 annually.   The agreement is a 10-year with automatic 5-year renewals unless terminated by one of the parties and is structured under Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS 277.110) allowing cooperative use between public agencies.
