L.1) Review and possible reapproval of the Elko County Local Emergency Planning Committee Bylaws. The bylaws are a required document for submission to the State Emergency Response Commission annually. Upon this year’s annual review Elko County was informed that a formal reauthorization of the bylaws is required. There have been no changes requested by members and no changes made by the Executive Committee since the comprehensive review and rewrite approved in 2023.
