L.2) Discussion and consideration of approval of the purchase of transit management software from TripMaster for the Elko County Transit Department, utilizing Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5339 grant funds.   The Elko County Transit Department currently utilizes an outdated software system that presents ongoing operational and administrative challenges, including limitations in scheduling, dispatch coordination, and customer communication. Implementation of TripMaster is expected to improve scheduling efficiency, reduce administrative workload, and strengthen service reliability.   The proposed costs are as follows: Total implementation cost - $42,850 FTA Section 5339 grant share - $34,280 Local match share (20%) - $8,570 Ongoing monthly maintenance - $1,049
