K.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of a request from the City of West Wendover Fire Department for communications and radio system support through Elko County Enhanced 911 funds to improve operational reliability, responder safety, and interoperability during emergency incidents.   Current radio assets are aging and no longer meet operational needs for field response, apparatus operations, and base station coverage.    The Enhanced 911 Board reviewed the request on February 5, 2026, and recommends approval of Option No. 1 in an amount not to exceed $68,000.00. This option represents the fully funded request as currently identified by the City of West Wendover Fire Department.
