J.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of Resolution No. 2026-06 regarding the disposal and sale of an Elko County Treasurer Trust property, Assessor Parcel Number 002-066-012 located on School Street in Carlin, Nevada which is based on the best interest of the County with its size being too small to establish an economically viable use by anyone other than a person who owns real property adjacent to it and that said sale shall be pursuant to NRS 244.281(1)(e)(ll).FOR POSSIBLE ACTION
