E.1) Introduction of Mary Cain, Elko County Comptroller, effective February 9, 2026.Ms. Cain joins the County from Eide Bailly, where she served as a Senior Audit Manager. In that role, she worked on the Elko County audit for several years, collaborating closely with County department heads and elected officials.Ms. Cain has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2011 and brings extensive public-sector auditing and financial management experience to the Finance Office.
