I.3) Discussion and consideration to approve the purchase of lock cores from U.S. Security Supply for the re-keying of County facilities in the amount of $20,086.50, with installation to be completed by County staff, as authorized in the Fiscal Year 2026 budget.Over time, keys have been lost and lock cores replaced on an as-needed basis, resulting in an inconsistent key sequence across County facilities.  This project will allow the County to reset the lock sequence, improve key control and accountability, and re-establish a consistent key management system moving forward.
