H.1) Discussion and consideration to award bid pursuant to Notice 2026-04 for the construction of a garage at the Great Basin Children's Advocacy Center, Public Works Project (PWP) No. EL-2026-220, and approve the lowest responsive and responsible bid.   Three bids were received and opened for this project.  The bid results are as follows: Creico Enterprises, LLC - $387,000 Shanks Enterprises and Legion Construction Development, LLC. - $390,000 Lostra, Inc. - $589,375   This project is being funded through a grant from the Pennington Foundation.  Staff has reviewed the bids and recommends Creico Enterprises, LLC as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
