G.3) Discussion and consideration of approval of Resolution No. 2026-08, a resolution requesting that the Nevada State Engineer reconsider and reverse the March 2023 relinquishment of certain Nevada State Lands groundwater rights in the Dixie-Tenmile Hydrographic Basin and evaluate cancellation of unused water rights for failure to place water to beneficial use pursuant to NRS 533.395 consistent with Nevada water law and the doctrine of beneficial use.
