F.1) Discussion and consideration to award bid pursuant to Notice 2026-03, Ruby Valley Gravel Pit Expansion Public Works Project (PWP) EL-2026-148, and approve the lowest, most responsive and responsible bid in the amount of $903,989 to Hat Creek Construction & Materials, Inc.   Four bids were received and public opened on March 3, 2026.  The bid results are as follows: Hat Creek Construction & Materials, Inc. $903,989.00 Ames Construction, Inc. $1,016,547.28 NNE Construction, Inc. $1,566,000.00 MKD Construction, Inc. $2,385,000.00   This project is a Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) project.  Elko County has entered into an agreement with the U.S. Forest Service for reimbursement of project costs.
