L.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of a loan from Elko County to the Elko County Public Administrator's Office in the approximate amount of $18,500 to fund the professional cleaning and remediation services for real property belonging to an estate currently under public administration.
The work is necessary to address the condition of the property, preserve the estate's assets, and prepare the property for sale.
A promissory note will be recorded with the Elko County Recorder's Office. Repayment will be made from available estate funds or proceeds from the sale of the property, subject to applicable law and court approval.
