K.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of an amendment to the Interlocal Agreement between Elko County and the Elko County School District for maintenance and fuel services provided to GET My Ride. The existing agreement, adopted in 2016, establishes an hourly labor rate of $65.00 for vehicle maintenance services. The proposed amendment will increase the hourly labor rate to $72.00, representing a $7.00 increase per hour. All other terms and conditions of the existing agreement will remain unchanged. The increase will be covered with funds from the current transit budget.
