E.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of a letter of support for Family Entertainment, Inc.'s Brownsfield grant application for the Commercial Fun Center in downtown Elko.   The Commercial Fun Center supports downtown revitalization by providing affordable and social opportunities for youth, families, and residents of all ages.  The requested funding would support the organization's efforts to preserve the facility and establish a sustainable foundation for its continued operation.
