K.2) Discussion and consideration to ratify the County Manager's preliminary approval and approve the Mutual Aid Agreement with Wendover Ambulance to Ambulance Services of Tooele, LLC, doing business as Mountain West Ambulance.   Elko County Ambulance currently maintains a Mutual Aid Agreement with Wendover Ambulance.  Wendover Ambulance is completing an asset sale to Mountain West Ambulance, with closing anticipated on September 1, 2026.  As part of the transition, the parties have requested that the existing Mutual Aid Agreement be assigned to Mountain West Ambulance.   The County Manager provided preliminary approval of the assignment, subject to formal approval by the Elko County Board of Commissioners.   Following the assignment, Elko County Ambulance staff will coordinate with Mountain West Ambulance to update the Mutual Aid Agreement and incorporate automatic-aid provisions for the unincorporated areas of Elko County near West Wendover.
