J.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of the GIS Enterprise Consultant Agreement between Elko County and Max Mapping LLC, formerly known as Q Geospatial Solutions, for a base annual amount of $54,000, funded from the Assessor's Technology Fund.  Additional hours, emergency and after-hours support, on-site visits, and travel expenses will be billed separately at the rates established in the agreement.   The agreement provides 20 hours per month of GIS enterprise administration and technical support, including maintenance of GIS servers, databases, web-mapping applications, and the County's public property view and parcel lookup tools.
