M.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of a professional services proposal from Dixon Hydrologic, PLLC to provide technical and regulatory assistance and coordinate with the Nevada Division of Water Resources regarding the potential reversal of the 2023 relinquishment of 5,409 acre-feet annually of ground water rights in the Dixie-Tenmile Hydrographic Basin, for an amount not to exceed $5,000.
