J.1) Discussion and consideration of approval to purchase one command vehicle, including upfitting from Champion Chevrolet for an amount not to exceed $85,000 and one Ford F-550 from Gallagher Ford for an amount not to exceed $75,000 Nevada State Purchasing contracts, and to authorize the sale or disposal of the resulting excess vehicles through approved County processes.   The F-550 chassis will be remounted with existing apparatus bodies to extend their service life and reduce replacement costs.   The total purchase is included in the approved Public Safety Infrastructure Tax Plan.
