G.1) 1:35 P.M.   Pursuant to Notice No. 2026-33, conduct a public hearing, followed by discussion and consideration to approve the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 2026-03 to amend Title 7, Chapter 10, Section 2 of the Elko County Code to add language related to fingerprint-based background check submissions to the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) for gaming license applications.   The proposed amendment will ensure the County Code is consistent with current licensing and background investigation requirements.
