N.2) Discussion and consideration of approval of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the United Way of Northern Nevada and the Sierra and Elko County Human Services for the participation in the Project SAFE Program for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.   Project SAFE is an annual utility assistance program that provides financial assistance to eligible individuals and families experiencing temporary financial hardship who are unable to pay their utility bills.    Elko County Human Services serves as an intake site for the program, assisting eligible residents with the application process.
