N.1) Discussion and consideration of ratification of an interlocal contract between the Fourth Judicial District Court (Family Court) and the State of Nevada Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Welfare and Supportive Services, for the continued administration of the the Title IV-D Child Support Program, with a term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2030.   The Family Court has administered the Title IV-D Program for many years.  The program provides services to establish expedited paternity and to establish, modify, and enforce child support obligations.  The proposed contract renews the longstanding partnership between the Family Court and the State for a four-year term.
