M.1) Discussion and consideration to approve the following Elko Justice Court capital purchases approved in the Fiscal Year 2027 budget for a total of $76,980.00.     One (1) Vehicle purchase for traveling Bailiff - $30,000.00, 2027 Chevrolet Equinox estimate provided by Sourcewell ID#99282 Payment of  FY27 Invoice for new Search Warrant Case Management System $12,840.00 + $7,500.00 implementation fee, for a first year total of $19,980.00.  Ongoing expenses are $12,480.00 each year for the three (3) year contract.  Payment of Invoice for FY27, Client Success Management and Consulting Agreement with Tyler Technologies for $27,000.00 with remaining to be paid from city court fees.   All listed capital expenses are to be paid from the Elko Justice Court Civil Fund with no monies requested from the General Fund.
