J.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of Resolution No. 2026-25 related to the Montello Sewer Pond Relining project and authorizing staff to submit an application to the Clean Water State Revolving Fund for said project.   The Montello sewer pond requires substantial rehabilitation, including relining, re-grading and the replacement or refurbishment of select system components.
