N.1) Discussion and consideration of potential Bill Draft Requests (BDRs) for the upcoming 2027 Nevada Legislative Session, including the identification of policy priorities.  Potential BDR concepts are attached to the agenda. Requests must be submitted to the Legislative Counsel Bureau no later than September 1, 2026.   A public hearing is scheduled for the July 1, 2026 Board of County Commissioners meeting to receive public input and Board direction regarding proposed legislative concepts and the selection of one (1) BDR to be submitted to the Legislative Counsel Bureau.
