K.1) Discussion and consideration to approve revisions to the Lamoille Grove Use Policy in response to renter inquiries and event-related concerns, with no changes proposed to the current fee schedule.   Staff is proposing revisions to the Lamoille Grove Use Policy to address renter inquiries, clarify facility use requirements, and respond to concerns identified through recent events.  The recommended changes are intended to improve administration of the facility while maintaining consistency for users and event organizers.
