P.3) Discussion and consideration to approve the Fourth Judicial District Court application for the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) Fiscal Year 25 Juvenile Drug Treatment Court Program grant through the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention in the amount of $825,000, to support the continuation and enhancement the Juvenile Treatment Court Program currently operating in Elko County by increasing access to, and the quality, and availability of, youth substance use disorder treatment and other support services to reduce recidivism and substance use.   This grant requires a 25% grant match.
