P.2) Discussion and consideration to approve the Fourth Judicial District Court application for the Fiscal Year 25 Adult Drug Court Treatment Program grant through the Bureau of Justice Assistance in the amount of $1,000,000, to support the continuation and enhancement of the Adult Drug Court Program currently operating in Elko County, with a focus of improving safety and health outcomes for program participants.
There grant requires a 25% match.
