P.1) Discussion and consideration to approve the Fourth Judicial District Court application for the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) Fiscal Year 25 Family Treatment Court Program grant through the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention in the amount of $850,000, to support the continuation and enhancement of the Family Preservation Court Program currently operating in Elko County.
The grant requires a 25% match.
