O.2) Discussion and consideration to approve an Interlocal Agreement between Elko County and Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) for roadway centerline and shoulder striping services on Elko County roadways, with costs based on actual labor, equipment, and materials, currently estimated at approximately $2,499.67 per mile, for an estimated annual cost of $74,989.96, not to exceed the actual services requested by the County.   The term of the agreement is through March 31, 2031, and allows for one stripping application per year, with total costs varying annually based on the number of miles requested by the County.
