O.1) Presentation from Seri Park, Associate Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno, and team, regarding a potential collaboration with Elko County for a Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant application.   Discussion and consideration to direct staff to draft a letter of support for Elko County's collaboration in the proposed application.    The SS4A program, established under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, focuses on improving roadway safety in rural communities through Planning and Demonstration or Implementation grants. The proposed application would be a Planning and Demonstration application, with a focus on enhancing safety for bus routes and stops throughout the County, specifically in the Spring Creek area, as well as evaluating high-volume intersections and corridor traffic patterns.   No cash match is required from the County; however, in-kind contributions, including staff time and land value, would be utilized to meet match requirements.
