J.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of an initial labor agreement between Elko County and the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 3, representing employees at the Elko County Regional Communications Center, for the term of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027.  This agreement establishes the first formal labor contract between the County and this bargaining unit.
