G.1) Discussion and consideration to approve the renewal of an Interlocal Contract between Elko County and the Nevada Health Authority (Nevada Medicaid) for reimbursement of emergency transportation services provided to Medicaid recipients for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2030.    Renewal is required for continued participation in the program.  This contract enables Elko County Ambulance Service to participate in and receive funding through Medicaid Certified Public Expenditures (CPE) program for Ground Emergency Medical Transportation (GEMT), which provide supplemental reimbursement when Medicaid payments fall short of actual service costs for public agencies.
