E.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of the third amendment of the agreement with Liberty Vote Systems, Inc for election equipment and services.    The Clerk's Office is requesting approval of a third amendment to the existing agreement with Liberty Vote Systems, Inc., to include two additional Imagecast Precinct Tabulators, as well as licensing and warranties.     The funds for the two Tabulators will come from the Clerk's Technology Fund. The Secretary of State's Office already reimburses Elko County for licensing, and there is a possibility that they will reimburse for the additional tabulators.
