F.2) Discussion and consideration of the renewal of the lease for Elko Summit Raceway, with a term expiring December 31, 2027.   The lease will allow operations to continue at Elko Summit Raceway, as the Association continues to move toward constructing and relocating their facilities to the Elko Motorsports parcel near Exit 298.
