F.1) 1: 35 P.M.   Pursuant to Notice No. 2026-39, conduct a public hearing to receive public comment regarding Application No. 95079, filed with the Nevada Division of Water Resources by Nevada Gold Mines LLC and Goldcorp Dee LLC.  The application proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of existing water rights used for mining and milling to support current and projected operational needs with the expansion of surface and underground facilities.  The proposed point of diversion is located in Eureka County and proposed place of use is in Eureka and Elko Counties.     Following the public hearing, discussion and consideration of Application No. 95079, with possible action to provide a recommendation to the State Engineer and direct staff to submit the Commission's recommendation to the Nevada Division of Water Resources.
