O.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of a three (3) year agreement with Granicus for AI-generated live and archived closed-captioning services for public meetings.   The service will improve the accessibility of County meetings by providing real-time captions during broadcasts and captioned recordings for archived meetings.   The agreement includes 250 hours of captioning services during the first year of the contract at a cost of $15,000.  Future annual costs will be based on the actual number of captioning hours used in accordance with the agreement.   The AI-generated captions can be reviewed and edited by County staff following each meeting to improve accuracy.
