N.8) Discussion and consideration of approval of a grant award from the Administrative Office of the Courts, Supreme Court of Nevada, in the amount of $3,000 to support the Felony DUI Court Program administered by the Fourth Judicial District Court.   There is no local match required.   The grant funding will assist the Court in continuing the Felony DUI Court Program and its efforts to promote accountability, treatment, and recovery of eligible participants.
