N.7) Discussion and consideration of approval of a grant award from the Administrative Office of the Courts, Supreme Court of Nevada, in the amount of $40,000 to support the Mental Health Court Program administered by the Fourth Judicial District Court.   There is no local match requirement.   The grant funding will assist the Court(s) in continuing the Mental Health Court Program in its efforts to improve outcomes for participants while promoting accountability, treatment, and recovery.
