N.2) Discussion and consideration of approval of a grant award from the Nevada Conservation and Recreation Program in the amount of $150,000 for the construction of a minimum of five miles of single-track trail within the Lamoille Summit Trail System.     A required match of $15,000 will be provided through outside cash contributions and in-kind services.   The project will expand recreational opportunities, improve public access to outdoor recreation, and enhance the County's trail network.
