K.2) Discussion and consideration of approval of a gaming license for Joseph Asher, doing business as Boomer's Sportsbook, LLC, to operate at Four Jacks Casino, located at 170 U.S. Highway 93, Jackpot, Elko County.   The applicant has completed the required application materials and submitted all documentation necessary for the licensing process.  The Elko County Sheriff's Office has completed the required background investigation and recommends approval of the application.
