J.1) Discussion and consideration to approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 2026-02, amending Title 7, Chapter 10, Section 2, to add verbiage related to fingerprint-based background check submissions to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for gaming license applicants.  The proposed amendment will ensure the County Code is consistent with current licensing and background investigation requirements.   If approved on the first reading, Ordinance 2026-02 will be scheduled for a second reading and public hearing at a future meeting prior to final adoption.
