I.2) Discussion and consideration of approval of the award of a construction contract to Stonehouse Drilling & Construction LLC in the amount of $339,450 for the Exploration Drilling for New Municipal Well project in the Town of Jackpot.   On July 7, 2026, bids were publicly opened for the project in Jackpot.  One bid was received from Stonehouse Drilling & Construction LLC.  The County's consulting engineer, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., reviewed the bid and determined that Stonehouse Drilling & Construction LLC is a responsive and responsible bidder and that the bid is consistent with the engineer's estimate.   The project will provide exploration drilling for a new municipal well to support the town's long-term water supply planning and infrastructure needs.   Funding for the project is available and staff recommends awarding the contract to Stonehouse Drilling & Construction LLC.
