N.12) Jackpot Airport - Hayden Field Discussion and consideration of an amended grant application to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Improvement Program in the amount of $146,265 for the design of the Rehabilitate Taxiway B Project at Hayden Airfield.  The grant consists of an FAA share of $138,951 and a required local match of $7,341.  The project is identified in the Airport Master Plan and Airport Capital Improvement Plan and represents the design phase only. The Board previously approved submission of a grant application for this project on December 3, 2025. Since that time, the project budget has been updated, resulting in an additional $5,951 in federal participation and an additional $341 in required local match. Approval of the amended application will allow the County to proceed with the updated funding amounts and continue advancing the project toward future construction phases. FOR POSSIBLE ACTION
