G.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of appointment or re-appointment of three representatives to serve on the Enhanced 911 Board with terms expiring June 30, 2028.    Two current members, West Wendover Chief of Police Brad Hillaker and Elko County Ambulance Service Director Chris McHan have expressed interest in re-appointment.  Both serve as required entity representatives in accordance with Elko County Code Title 11, Chapter 6, Section 3.   In addition, the Member-At-Large position currently held by Lee Cabaniss, Emergency Manager is set to expire June 30, 2026. Two applications have been received for consideration to fill the vacant Member-At-Large position - Andrew Meek and Larry Robb.   Although Mr. Cabaniss is not seeking reappointment to the Member-At-Large position, he will continue to be actively engaged in Enhanced 911Board meetings and will remain involved in the planning, coordination, and implementation of E911 projects and initiatives in his capacity as Emergency Manager.
