F.3) Discussion and consideration of Resolution No. 2026-22 authorizing an interfund loan to the Elko County Ambulance Service Fund from the County General Fund up to $600,000.   The proposed interfund loan is intended to provide short-term financial support and will be administered in accordance with applicable Nevada Revised Statutes and governmental account requirements.  The loan will allow the Ambulance Service Fund to continue normal operations while awaiting the receipt of anticipated revenues.  Resolution No. 2026-22 authorizes the interfund loan and establishes the terms under which the funds may be advanced and repaid.
